ADSL Outage Report

On November 15, 2017 we noticed that many of our ADSL clients could not connected to our BRAS Server to access the Internet.  BTCL was advised and confirmed the issue was related to their internal BRAS servers.

Currently, BTCL and Huawei continue to determine the root of the problem. 

We still have a small group of users that are still not able to connected and are working with BTCL to find a resolution.
